I JUST PURCHASED MY VIP MEMBERSHIP ONLINE, WHAT’S NEXT?
That’s great! Welcome to the Frog Society. You will be receiving an e-mail from Frogtown Brewery that includes information on all of the next steps.
Membership cards, growlers, and fills are available for pick up from the brewery beginning January 2022
Member Glassware will be available in mid-February
WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP BEGIN AND WHEN DOES IT EXPIRE?
Your membership begins January 1, 2022 and expires on December 31, 2022.
You will have the option to renew your membership prior to its expiration.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO BRING MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
You will need a valid photo ID in order to use your perks in the taproom if you forget your Frog Society card.
DOES MY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE TIPS?
No, tips are not included in the price of your membership. Please support your beertenders and tip as usual for service when using your perks. All tips go directly the beertenders, not Frogtown Brewery!
CAN I SHARE MY FROG SOCIETY PERKS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
All membership perks are for use by the specific member only. Discounts on beers in the taproom will only be applied to the member’s beer purchases, not the full tab.
CAN I PURCHASE A FROG SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?
Absolutely! If purchasing the membership online, please include the person’s name that you are purchasing the membership for. We will set them up with their membership on their first visit to the taproom.
Terms & Conditions:
I. Frog Society Membership sales are final, have no cash value, and cannot be re-sold or transferred to any other individual
II. Frog Society membership begins on January 1, 2022 and expires December 31, 2022
III. The monthly Growler/Crowler/4-Pack perk can be redeemed once each calendar month. Any missed months will be forfeited.
IV. Member will have the option to renew at the end of term. If membership is not renewed, member will lose all membership privileges.
V. All membership perks are for use by the specific member only. Discounts on beers in the taproom will only be applied to the member’s items, not the full tab.
VI. Membership card or a valid photo ID must be presented to the beertender at register at the time of purchase to receive discounts and perks.
VII. Growlers and Crowlers can be filled with any beer that is available for Growler refill or Crowler fill purchase as listed on the taproom menu. Limited, premium, and special release beers may be excluded at the brewery’s discretion
VIII. You must be at least 21 years of age to join
