Thank you for your interest in making a reservation at Frogtown Brewery! Please read all of the following information prior to filling out the below request form.

FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE A RESERVATION. We will get back to you within 72 hours of request with confirmation that space is available and provide additional details.

We only accept reservations for groups of 10 - 30 guests through this form. If your group is smaller than 10, we suggest just heading to the brewery for seating at your desired time, as nearly all of our seating is first come, first served. For groups larger than 30 please reach out to info@frogtownbrewery.com to discuss event packages.

We allow guests to bring in outside food, but encourage you to order from the Food Truck on schedule for the day. You can see the Food Truck schedule at www.frogtownbrewery.com/food-trucks
